What is the minimum time I can store?

We offer month-to-month rental contracts for those who prefer short-term storage.

When can I access my recreational vehicle?

Anytime. You have access to your vehicle on a 24-hour basis through a gate with your personal access code.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay your bill online or by ACH. We use recurring payments, and you decide when you sign up for your space.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, ACH, Discover, personal check. For your convenience, we use automatic recurring payments.

When is my rent due?

Your rent is due the first of every month in advance.

Do I require storage insurance coverage?

You are responsible for any damage that might be incurred or caused by your vehicle, thus you should have adequate insurance to cover any damage to your vehicle or to others.

What are your gate hours?

Our gate is accessible with a unique code 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Do you offer month-to-month or short term leases?

We offer month-to-month leases.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

Your personal information, including payment information, vehicle VIN Number, and a valid drivers license. You also need to read and sign the contract agreement.

Do you offer discount plans?

Yes, we offer military and senior discounts, discounts for longer term contracts, plus time-to-time special discounts.

Do you offer RV maintenance, cleaning, or other services?

Not at present but we are considering further improvements to our storage facility. Watch this space!

What types of vehicles can be stored?

Any personally owned vehicle that fits entirely within the rented space, is currently licensed, and can be legally moved in accordance with Colorado Department of Transportation rules. You are kindly asked not to store commercial, oversize, or any unsightly vehicles.

Can I wash my RV on site?

We do not currently have a wash facility.

How do I reserve a parking space?

You can reserve your parking space both in person or online. However, you will need to schedule (720-526-9004) a time to meet the lot manager during the following hours in order to move your vehicle into its rented space. Managers hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

How do I cancel my rented space?

You can cancel your rented space online (first choice) or by text message to manager (second choice).

What do I do with my trash or sewage?

We currently have no disposal facilities, so you need to take care of your trash.

What happens if I forget my code?

You can email or call us on 720.526.9004. We are always available to help with any issues.

Do I have to drive on a dirt road to access Longshadows?

No, access to our facility is on a paved road, just off I-25 at the Mead exit.

What happens if my belongings get damaged in storage?

All damage is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. If the damage was caused by another lot user and we can see the cause, we will try to help you get in touch with whoever caused the damage. Even so, we strongly urge you to have full insurance on your vehicle.
